HISTORY

Sociedad Química Alemana S.A. was incorporated in Lima, Peru, in November 1992, with the object of manufacturing screenprinting textile inks under the registered brand name PRINTOP®.

PRINTOP® quickly achieved a position in the market with a product having excellent characteristics. Included in its marketing strategy, was a personalized customer service, at-home technical assistance, on-going training, product warranty and strict quality control, all of which have helped to impulse the development of the screenprinting market. Thanks to this and due to the demands of the graphics market, PRINTOP® formulated an R&D team and charged it with the development and creation of screenprinting inks for plastics. This development was done through direct interaction with the client and valuable contributions from experienced screenprinting operators with the object of resolving specific problems that the then existing inks failed to overcome.

Currently, PRINTOP® has diversified it's market by manufacturing waterbased textile Screenprinting inks and plastisol, screenprinting inks for plastics, UV-cured inks, Offset inks and Flexograph inks.
